Travel and Health Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance to cover any personal needs. ​

Reservation and Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of €250 is necessary to confirm your booking. The final balance, less the deposit already paid, is payable 60 days before the event (retreat).​

​

Minimum age
Please note that the minimum age for participation in our vocal retreat is 18 years.

​

Language

This retreat is held entirely in English, and all supporting materials are provided in English.

Shared Accommodation Policy

Solo travelers are welcome, and many of our guests attend individually. Opting for a shared room provides a cost-effective accommodation solution.

When a shared room is selected, we endeavor to pair guests of similar age. We maintain the expectation that all occupants will conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.

In the event that any room-sharing difficulties arise, our staff will provide support to facilitate a resolution. Should a complete room change be necessary after check-in, and the original accommodation is fully committed, relocation to a nearby hotel may be the only alternative. Any additional charges incurred for this change will be the responsibility of the guest requesting the modification.

The images displayed are for illustrative purposes only. Actual room assignment, furnishings, and layout may vary based on availability. However, we strive to ensure every guest is provided with a comfortable and well-appointed room.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the retreat: We will refund the balance paid, retaining your deposit.

• Cancellation 29 days or fewer before the retreat: We are unable to refund the retreat cost or deposit.

• Early departure: Participants leaving the retreat earlier than scheduled will not receive a refund for unused accommodation.
   

Retreat Cancellation by Just Sing It
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by Just Sing It, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Limitation of Liability
Just Sing It Retreats’ liability in the event of cancellation or postponement is limited to the deposit and any other amounts paid directly for the retreat. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

Flights

Please do not book any flights or travel arrangements until we have sent confirmation of your booking.

Payment methods:

Debit/Credit card - safely and securely via an online link (3% transaction fee applys).  

Bank transfer in € - details for the transaction are given with your confirmation invoice.

Media and Photography

Please be advised that filming and photography may occur at various times and locations throughout the retreat week. This captured content may be utilized for our public relations and promotional activities. Should you prefer not to be included in any recorded media, kindly notify a Just Sing It-member prior to arrival.
